Well tonight's show is going to be quite a busy one.

First things first its the Stations 2 Year Anniversary! WOOHOO! So that makes this Extra Helping SUPER Special.

Second thing is I will be running a event in CoH for the first time in many many months. On the Champion Server! It is my event that I am known for and one of my favs! And we will have a special guest stopping by to pass out a few special things as well as being a guest judge!

So while that is going to be going one, we will have to see how long I can handle the request line being open. I wouldn't be surprised to say it will be closed by the beginning of the event, which starts at 8pm EST. So whatever songs are leftover from the first half of the show, then I will be playing music all about fashion.

Random Thoughts: The Guild

Ok well for anyone who is famliar with me and or my show, they know that I LOVE "The Guild".

I think its BRILLIANT & HILARIOUS! And I have also used thier "Do You Wanna Date My Avatar" song as the theme song for my show since the day I went live. Which also as a side note was 1 Year ago as of Aug. 6th at 1am EST.

Anyways, they have struck gold yet again with another witty video that has major Bollywood influences. Which I think is SUPER fantastic AWESOME!

But here is what makes it even more awesome. It beat Katy Perry on the iTunes Top Music Video Charts. How fantastic is that? I mean seriously not even close to a big fan of Katy Perry, and it is just a great way to show how the gamer community has quite a voice and also its not the nerd in the basement as much anymore. Its cool to be a gamer. I must say I at least pride myself on being a gamerchick! And a DAMN PROUD nerd!

Also side note, a friend actually went to Comic Con, and while there got me the first 3 The Guild comic books as well as a poster. And got them all signed for me, plus the cast photo signed as well. Will try to take pics soon.

Current Music Addictions

Well its been a while since I just did a post about music that I am currently digging on. Lets hope this doesnt get too long since I am a bit crippled with the fact that I have a broken middle finger on my right hand. Makes it a tad hard to type.

So I have recently seen a few indie bands live, and really enjoyed the ones I have seen. DJ Bunnie has dragged me along to these shows, and have never heard of them til seeing them live. And I am very thankful she has done so. I have had some very memorable moments with her in doing so. Seeing as each time we got to go backstage and spend alot of time with the bands outside of their performances.

Semi personal thought

So a small window into a bit of my personal side. I am a HUGE John Mayer fan. Loved him since he first came onto the music scene with "No Such Thing" in I guess in what about 2000-2001ish? Anyways, I have always loved the way he wrote his music and his talent with that as well as on the guitar. And off course his voice.... and since I am a woman I can not deny the fact that I think he is SMOKING HAWT! But all that aside.... I know most guys esp do this gagging thing when his name is brought up but I feel that if they could set certain things aside an listen to his music for what it is only they would truly appreciate it. I've had the pleasure of seeing him twice now live and in concert and on both times it just reminds me how much I LOVE his music. He was in town here a month or so ago an I may just post some pics an even a video later on but there was one song an his new album that I saw in a new light when he did it live.
